Kimberley A. Bertrand
Kimberley Bertrand is a Holistic Life & Leadership Coach with over 25 years of professional experience, including 17 years in senior and executive leadership roles. She has led teams across a variety of industries — including airline, security, logistics, and currently, senior living — where she continues to manage operations and teams with a strong focus on performance excellence, people development, and compassionate leadership.
A natural mentor and leader, Kimberley brings a unique blend of business acumen and holistic wisdom to her work. She is the owner of Thrive Lounge Wellbeing Studio, the co-founder of Bonded By Ink (a paramedical tattooing studio focused on healing through artistry), and a retreat facilitator, creating intentional spaces for aligned growth and transformation.
Her holistic toolkit includes certifications as a Yoga Instructor (15+ years), Level 2 Reiki Practitioner, and deep study in energetic, somatic, and mindset-based approaches to healing and personal growth. She is the author of The Perfect Simple Journal, a tool for daily reflection and intentional living, and a contributing co-author of the anthology Radiant Leaders: Holistic Coaches Share How Radiant Your Life Can Be.
Kimberley’s approach is grounded in the belief that every area of your life is connected — health, spirit, relationships, business, family, leadership, and finances. True transformation, she believes, doesn’t happen in silos — it happens when we address the whole person.
Her mission is to help high-performing, soul-led individuals reconnect with their purpose, reclaim their energy, and step forward with intention. You’re not here to just get by — you’re here to thrive.
And she’s here to walk that path with you.
